Health Care :: Century Healthcare
Century Healthcare was a small private company compared to the giant health care entities they were competing
against in the limited benefit medical market. This was also the first time the company had embarked on a
public relations program. With continuous relationship building and keeping relevant news about the company in
front of Julie Appleby, health care reporter at USA Today, we convinced Julie that consumers needed to be aware
of limited benefit medical plans as an option for the uninsured working population. The result was a section
cover story featuring Century Healthcare, quotes from the CEO and one of its clients.
Our media relations efforts launched Century Healthcare to the public with media coverage and contributed articles in top business and trade publications.
